Please note that membership cancellations require 2 weeks' notice.

Your membership will remain active during this notice period, and you can continue attending classes as usual.

Once your notice period has ended, your membership will be cancelled and no further payments will be processed.

Submitting this form is a request to cancel your membership. Our team will confirm your cancellation and the date your membership will end.
