Frequently asked questions

  • Download and book through Momence. It’s the easiest way to manage your classes and get updates.

  • Wear comfy activewear, bring a water bottle, towel, and grip socks for Reformer Pilates. Most importantly, just show up ready to move!

  • All our gym classes are beginner-friendly! For Reformer Pilates, you can start with our Elevate class. Our instructors will guide you through the moves and make sure you feel comfortable and confident using the machines.

  • Classes are open to women 18 years and older.

  • You can cancel up to 3 hour before your class — no fee for late cancellations. A $5 no-show fee applies if you miss your class without cancelling.

  • If a spot opens, you’ll be automatically added and notified via email.

  • Yes! You can put your membership on hold for a minimum of 6 weeks (up to once per year). Just email us at least 7 days before you’d like the hold to start.

  • Yes! We have a shower available on-site for you to freshen up after your workout.

  • Yes! You’re welcome to bring your kids. We offer childminding during our 9:15 AM classes — simply book their spot through the app when you book your class. Outside of childminding hours, you’re still welcome to bring your little ones. We just ask for a few things to keep everyone safe and happy:

    Childminding Snacks:

    Please don’t bring snacks into the childminding area. We have little ones with allergies, and we want to keep our space safe for everyone. If your child needs a snack, no worries — they can sit just outside to eat and pop back in when they’re done munching.

    Children in the Reformer Studio:

    Need to bring your little one upstairs? That’s totally fine — just check with the instructor first.

    • If the class is full or your child has a device (iPad, Switch, etc.), headphones are a must to keep the vibe peaceful for everyone.

    • Where possible, we ask that kids stay downstairs. If you’ve got a class booked, Jacinta or one of our team is happy to keep an eye on them while you smash your session.

  • Not at all! We’re here for women at all fitness levels — whether you’re just starting out or looking to take things up a notch.
