  • For those who want a bit more consistency with 3 sessions per week. This plan gives you access to both strength and cardio classes downstairs, allowing you to build a balanced routine and improve overall fitness.

  • Go all in with unlimited access to our strength and cardio classes downstairs. Whether you're looking to build muscle, increase endurance, or improve overall fitness, this membership gives you the freedom to attend as many sessions as you like!

  • Looking for a comfortable space to work out on your own, without the pressure of a class? Our Open Gym option is open to all women, whether you’re a current member or simply looking for access to a welcoming, female-only gym space. Open Gym is perfect if you prefer training independently, want extra time on the gym floor, or need a flexible workout option that fits around your schedule. Please note: - Open Gym runs outside scheduled class times - This is not a coached session - The Reformer Pilates room remains closed unless you are booked into a reformer class.
