We created this 5-week program specifically for women who want to prioritise their health in a supportive, judgment-free environment.

Whether you are returning to exercise after a long break, managing a nagging injury, or simply looking for a workout that respects your pace while still getting results—this is for you.

What to Expect:

  • Focus on Longevity: Targeted exercises to improve bone density, balance, and functional strength.

  • Expert Support: Guidance through every movement to ensure you feel safe and capable.

  • A True Community: Join a group of ladies who support one another in a private, ladies-only sanctuary.

  • Spots are limited - only 10 spaces

  • Classes will be every Tuesday at 7.00am

  • 5-week series

  • Investment: $159 (one off payment)

  • Start date: 12th of May
