The Loft Strength & Flow Terms and Conditions

Welcome to The Loft Strength & Flow! We’re so excited to have you as part of our community. By joining as a member, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Membership Terms

  • All memberships have a minimum term of 12 weeks. After this period, memberships continue on an automatic renewal basis unless cancelled with notice.

  • Memberships are billed automatically on a weekly, fortnightly, or monthly basis, depending on the option you select at sign-up.

  • Payments will be charged to the payment method on file on the agreed billing date.

Cancellation Policy

  • A minimum of 14 days' written notice is required to cancel your membership.

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@theloftstudios.com.au.

  • Membership fees will continue to be charged during the 14-day notice period.

Pause Policy

  • Memberships may be paused with a minimum of 14 days' written notice.

  • Pause requests must be submitted via email to info@theloftstudios.com.au.

  • Pauses are limited to 6 weeks per year, unless exceptional circumstances arise (e.g., illness or injury).

  • For urgent situations, such as illness or unforeseen events, please contact us to discuss flexible arrangements.

Class Booking and Cancellation Policy

  • Members must book all classes in advance through The Loft Strength & Flow Booking Platform.

Class Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be made at least 1 hour before the class start time.

  • Late cancellations and no-shows will result in the class being deducted from your package.

No-Show Policy

  • Members who do not show up for a booked Reformer Pilates class without notice may be charged a $5 no-show fee or have their class deducted.

Studio Policies

  • All communication regarding membership changes, cancellations, or pauses must be emailed to info@theloftstudios.com.au.

  • Members are responsible for ensuring their payment information is up to date. (Failed payments may result in suspension of studio access until resolved.)

  • The Loft Strength & Flow reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes. (In the event of a cancellation by the studio, members will be notified and credited accordingly.)

Refunds and Transfers

  • Memberships, class packs, and purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • In exceptional circumstances, such as illness or injury, please contact us to discuss flexible options.

Studio Safety and Etiquette

  • Please arrive on time for your class. Warm-ups are important for injury prevention.

  • Mobile phones must be on silent inside the studio.

  • Respect others’ space and energy. Positive vibes only!

  • Clean equipment after use with provided wipes.

Childminding Policy

  • Childminding is available at select times and must be booked in advance through the app.

  • No snacks are permitted inside the childminding area to protect children with allergies.

  • If your child needs to eat, they may sit just outside, and return once finished.

  • Children upstairs in the Reformer studio must have silent devices (with headphones if needed).

  • Where possible, please keep children downstairs during classes. Our team can help supervise while you train.

Health and Medical

  • By participating, you confirm you are physically fit to join classes.

  • Please inform your instructor of any injuries, illnesses, or pregnancy prior to class.

  • Consult with your healthcare provider before beginning a new exercise program if needed.

Photography and Social Media

  • Occasionally, we may take photos/videos during classes for social media, marketing, or promotions.

  • If you prefer not to appear in any images, please let us know prior to your session.

  • We respect your privacy and will honor all requests regarding photography.
